Directions
- Do Ahead:
- Cut bacon into thirds, then cut each piece in half lengthwise to make strips approximately 3” x ½”.
- Wrap sausages with the strips of bacon.
- Arrange seam side down on baking sheet with sides.
- Securely wrap and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Day Of:
- Preheat oven to 400º.
- Unwrap and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake until bacon and sugar are browned and crispy.
