Ingredients
3-2-1 ratio mayo-sugar-cider vinegar
shredded or chopped cabbage
grated carrot
2 T sour cream for each cup mayo used
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. celery seed
Directions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
- Mix dressing with vegetables.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
Notes
- Best served fresh within 4-6 hours, but will keep decently for up to a week. It will gradually become more watery and separated the longer it is stored.
