Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled

  • fresh mushrooms

  • fresh baby spinach

  • red onion

  • warm bacon dressing

Directions

  • Slice mushrooms and onions; mix with spinach and arrange on salad plates.
  • Slice eggs and arrange decoratively on the salads.
  • Drizzle warm bacon dressing over salads and serve immediately.
  • Can be garnished with crumbled crisp bacon.
  • Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator.
  • To use leftover dressing, heat in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds and stir before using.)
