Creamy Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3-2-1 ratio mayo-sugar-cider vinegar

  • shredded or chopped cabbage

  • grated carrot

  • 2 T sour cream for each cup mayo used

  • ¼ tsp. pepper

  • ½ tsp. celery seed

Directions

  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients.
  • Mix dressing with vegetables.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.

Notes

  • Best served fresh within 4-6 hours, but will keep decently for up to a week. It will gradually become more watery and separated the longer it is stored.
