Ingredients
16 C finely diced chicken
½ C finely grated carrots
½ C honey
1 C finely minced sweet or green onion
1 C Dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 C finely minced bell pepper
2 C mayonnaise
1 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Mix mustard, honey, mayo, salt & pepper together well with whisk.
- Add vegetables and chicken and stir to combine.

- 10 lbs chicken = Approximately 16 cups diced
